Welcome to California Kids Fun! By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

1.2. A full payment is required to secure the date and time of your event.

1.3. Payments can be made online by credit card up to 48 hours before the event, or day-of by check or cash.

1.4. A confirmation email will be sent once the payment is received.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1. Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event will receive a full refund.
2.2. Cancellations made within 7-13 days of the event will receive a 50% refund.
2.3. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.
2.4. If California Kids Fun needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

3. Event Requirements and Responsibilities

3.1. The client is responsible for providing a suitable performance area and informing California Kids Fun of any space or setup limitations in advance.

3.2. For outdoor events, a shaded or covered area is required for the performer and equipment.

3.3. The performer requires a 15-minute setup time before the show and should have clear access to the performance space.

3.4. California Kids Fun is not responsible for any venue restrictions that may prevent performance (e.g., noise limitations, space issues, etc.).

4. Performer and Staff

4.1. Our shows are designed to be performed by one entertainer, who will handle both the puppet and magic show, as well as balloon twisting if included in your package.

4.2. The client must ensure a safe and respectful environment for the performer.

4.3. California Kids Fun reserves the right to stop the performance if there is any safety concern, inappropriate behavior, or disruptive environment.

5. Liability and Safety

5.1. California Kids Fun is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or property damage that may occur during or after the performance.

5.2. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times during the event.

5.3. Balloon twisting involves small parts and is recommended for children aged 3 and above to avoid choking hazards.

6. Photography and Media

6.1. We may take photos or videos of our performances for promotional use. If you do not wish for your event to be photographed or recorded, please inform us in advance.

6.2. Any media shared with us by customers may be used for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested.

7. Weather Policy

7.1. For outdoor events, alternative indoor accommodations must be available in case of bad weather.

7.2. If an event is canceled due to weather without an indoor backup, our standard cancellation policy applies.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

8.1. California Kids Fun reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website.
